Discord Name And ID: BigBud#1474
In-Game Name: Anthony Rhodes, Jefferey Irons, Jeremy Johnson
How old are you?(Minimum age requirement to apply is 18.): 23 (09-21-1995)
When did you join Visionary Roleplay?: Sometime in March
Why should we choose you to be a member of staff on Visionary Roleplay?: I have been with the server since there were a maximum of 7-9 players during peak time, and i have seen the server change a lot over the last month. The reason i feel like i should be chosen for staff is because i am on almost every single day, I understand the rules, and i would make my judgement calls to the best of my ability and with no bias towards anyone. I see that there are hardly ever any admins on during the night, and feel like i would fit right in with everyone.
How active can you be each day?: I'm on every day, Chief of Fire/EMS
What timezone are you from?: CST
Have you got any previous experience being a staff member?: Yes
Have you ever been punished from our server and what was the reason?: No
What do you expect from being a staff member?: I just want to help out at night and take the load off of the other admins that have to stay up super late because people are either RDM/VDMing, revenge killing etc.
Any issues we should be aware of?: Nope!
Scenarios: We will provide a few scenarios that could happen on the server and we would like you to answer with how you would deal with this. (there is no wrong answer)
A player has broken a server rule. You have attempted to stop him/her in-game and have also asked him/her to stop on the in-game chat. You have given him/her at least a minute to follow your command and they are still driving around, how would you deal with this? (if i have access to Admin Panel) If i had told them to stop several times, and they refuse to listen, i would find their User/ID and freeze them so I could tele to them and talk to them. if they do not comply after this talk, i would administer a kick, and continue up the chain of punishment as needed.
A player has broken multiple server rules. He/she is ignoring every command you are giving them and breaking further rules. They show no sign of following your commands, how would you deal with this? If i had tried everything to get them to listen, it would simply result in either a kick, temp ban, or perma ban, depending on how severe the rule breaking was.
A player is upset and feels you have not handled a situation very well. They are beginning to raise their voice. How would you deal with this? Being a man who works in customer service jobs, I would do everything I could to get them to calm down and lower their voice, Apologize to them for how it was handled, and try to explain my side to them to get them to understand what had actually happened.
